It is true. I was caught by 7 1/2 years Saturn. In fact Saturn was along with my Janma Nakshatra during 2001. For my no fault I was punished in the office, I got a transfer. My mind was totally disturbed. I could not sit in the office. Tears were rolling on my cheeks. I have to work compulsorily. I was unable to leave. That was my position. I went to Shiva temple for doing Prathakshina to Navkraha. There, one Purohit found me crying. Immediately he asked me what is my birth star. I replied. He told me that I was caught by "Saturn". I have to chant "Vishnu Sahasranama". That is the way to get "peace of
mind".
Actually I did not learn "Sahasranama". I purchased one casette. I played it daily. I started to chant along with tape recorder. I am unable to explain my happiness. I was very happy. There is a big change in office position also. Every one started giving much respect. My health has become very good. Now not only me, even my son chants "Vishnu Sahasranama" daily in the morning at home. We are very happy at home. In fact, I know to chant now without seeing.
Another incident. My neighbour girl was lighting "Deep" in "Devi" Sannidhi and was chanting "Sahasranama" daily in the morning. She got a very good husband and she is blessed with a boy now.One more incident. Another girl was chanting Sahasranama on every Sunday evening. She got a very loving match and their marriage is fixed on Aug 22.I forgot myself in happiness while hearing or chanting "Vishnu Shasranama". If every one starts chanting definitely our place will be

I started chanting Vishnu sahastranama last year first change was my thinking , it was more positive. I was drowned by issues in my life , my thinking changed I thought less about issues and worries. A year passed, my family member suddenly got diagnosed with bad health I chanted the strotra , within a short span of time problem went away. I was jobless for 2 years. Unable to sit idle at home I used to travel to a lot of places near & far. I made a plan to visit a lot of temples & recite Vishnu Sahasranamam sitting in a corner in each temple. Travelling on 2nd class train compartments had to be ruled out. General compartments usually are too crowded to the brim. As soon as I enter a general compartment I used to recite Vishnu Sahasranamam mentally & soon enough I used to get decent accommodation. I could not afford expensive lodge rent. Sometimes I spent nights in railway stations; sometimes on wayside shop entrances. My personal experience is given below. I was working in Central Government departement, I was forced to seek retirement in the year 1996, due to some differences with higher ups , at that time my first daughter was studying in +2 and second in 9 th standard in India. Even though I am chanting Sri Vishnusahasranam from my school days, I started chanting morning and evening…with a prayer to show me a way to come out of struggle. I joined Junior Degree College as Lecturer and started taking tuitions at Hyderabad. My two daughters studied well and completed MBA and both settled in USA.
Both married and having a boy and girl for each. I am having four grand children.

Ah this one !can't resist penning it down. I usually read answers related to lord Vishnu.Cuz I am not well versed in puranas and related topics, I hesitate to write .But this question is tempting me to write. So penning it down ,what made me recite Vishnu sahasranama daily past 17 years .Myself a doctor by profession, when doing my first clinical posting in surgery during my third MBBS hated this subject and it's prescribed text book DAS ClINICAL SURGERY to the core. Blood shed,Foul-smelling ulcers,pus,tumours.I hated opening the above book,it was a nightmare.I hated Operation threatre cuz of blood shed and nauseating smell of cauterrized charred human tissue .I discussed my problem with my mother, she told me to learn and chant Vishnu Sahasra nama on daily basis,which I did sincerely.
Fast forward 4years- after completing MBBS the one and only subject I badly wanted to do my post graduation was M. S in general surgery,which I got in All India quota.. So my night mare subject turned into passion and profession.

Vishnu Sahasranama was the one of the first complete Sanskrit stotras that I had completely memorized during my childhood.
At that time, I just really enjoyed chanting the Sanskrit. It was hard to express the feeling of sublimation of mind for the period of chanting. It showed to me for the first time that there was this strange state of mind that is so different from the regular states of mind, when I completely forget the mundane and go into this internal state.
Of course, other than the spiritual dimension, it really honed my memory. It takes a bit of practice and effort to memorize and recall each of the 108 shlokas in the correct order.
Most importantly, it familiarized me with the Sanskrit language, its grammatical rules, sandhi, samAsa, richness of vocabulary, etc.

I would like to share my story from the beginning since I got married to a very loving and gentle man. After the day of the marriage we both were very happy and enjoying our togetherness.The real story starts from the day when it was about 15 days or so I missed my periods expecting myself to be pregnant I went for confirmation check up.Doctor there told me to drank enough water before going through sonography.I went inside the examination room n laid down on table, watching the expression of the doctor while taking my sonography ,I immediately felt there was something serious. Came out waited sometime and then finally came to know I was having a fibroid of 9 inch by 7inches which was very large enough in my uterus. Doctor advised to undergo operation as soon as possible as it may hamper my capabilities of bearing baby. It came as a shock for both of us.The same day my husband was having a ticket n he has to leave for an urgent official tour. So we went home, I was hardly 4months married ,not very familiar with the in laws so didn't said anything to anyone n went to room sobbing.He must as have told to my MIL and FIL, which was a shock for them too .We consulted every reknown gynaecologist of the city and finally convinced and satisfied went through an operation in which my fibroid was carefully removed but doctor feared that I won't be able to get my periods and said to see her if I encounter my periods. Finally after about 3months when I was in periods I went to see her she started my medication and fertility treatment which ended up to about an year without any results She then told me to go through follicular test n which resulted in my conceiving a baby Now I would like to tell that I do believe in God but not doing Pooja . Everything was fine and I was happy but this happiness was only a short term as profuse bleeding started and I was admitted in hospital with intense medication an almost daily sonography which continued for about 3and half months after I asked doctor to discharge me from hospital which she did on my own risk.Anyhow I faced a premature delivery of my baby in sixth month, after taking every possible precaution I was unable to save my child and the reason for all sets of complications was not even clear to doctor.She seeing my desperation told us to adopt a child.I Lost hope and just started to compromise with the destiny. After a short span of time I came to know that we were pregnant again but this time I felt to pray God and conducted a Pooja at our residence in which paniditji suggested to daily perform a path of visnushashtranaam for the rest of the time through out my pregnancy to which I followed strictly and finally was blessed with a son on the day of sankat chaturthi Pooja just after the Pooja was performed . It might be coincidence but it made be a firm believer in the Divine power of the vishnushashtranaam. Today I am the mother of two with a complete family

Whenever I read Vishnu Sahasranama, I use to close my eyes and try to visualize Lord Himself with His associated name.

I chanted this manthra continuously for 3 months. In next few days, my personal and professional life had improved drastically.
I got promoted. My concentration increased. I was able to manage stress.

Even I read this for some of my sick relatives to get better. It started showering miracles in my life. My fear is gone. I transformed into a better person.

While initially i was exposed to learn and chant Vishnusahasra Nama with a material benefit, i was in awe when i commenced chanting it without any desire for material benefit. Vishnu Sahasranama has given ma a great conviction that many worldly things can be cured with the chanting of the names.
When pronounced correctly, i have felt vibrations inside my body while stressing on higher notes / lower notes. It has invigorated my body. With Lord’s grace, I had an experience of conjunctivitis in 2012, when traveling in India. It was an acute case wherein my visibility in both the eyes was only 10%. i have heard my Guru mention the glories of Vishnu Sahasranama and its healing powers. I chanted the same continuously for the next 4 hours (while traveling from a village in North-east Karnataka to Chennai) and not accepting any medicines (neither ayurveda nor allopathy). I had faith in my Guru and in Vishnu Sahasranama. by the time i reached Chennai, my eyesight improved 80%. within another day, the entire infection was gone.
Chanting Vishnu Sahasranama has allowed me to access spiritual knowledge which i would have never imagined in my childhood. connecting various Vedanta knowledge back into Vishnu Sahasranama has enabled me to enjoy the Vedanta so much, that i dont wish to spend too much time on the unnecessaries of life.

My grandfather made it a routine to play VishnuSahasranamam and Lalitha Sahasrananam in the evenings at our home - tape recorder during my school college days. I used to take that as a chore, not for reciting. But after leaving home I listened to it as I missed those days, gradually became second nature. There is a discourse on VSN names by Dr.Joseph, he gives meanings of each namavalli. VASHTKARAYA namaha. There was a time all issues were in parallel home construction, college addmission and parents health , no breathing time and keeping me wondering will we survive. At some point they hinted about bringing down the home under construction , things got stagnant for almost 4 months. Every time we met the city officials regarding our construction, there would be revisions, i recited VSN , and believe me the outcome was favourable. Vishnu Sahasranama belies the ill-founded conception that Hindu Spirituality is about renunciation giving up of operating businesses, earning money and wealth and enjoying high luxuries and sexual pleasures.

Every God (deity) has His own signature way of granting any wish. Some stamp the point, while most leave it on the Sadhak to experience and decide.
Bhagwan Vishnu never leaves the chance of stamping the boon He grants. He never leaves his Devotee in doubt. Normally His name would appear for certain through someone or some place.
I noticed this, observed this and then tested this, with very glaring and stark repetition. Then finally gave in and followed His directions. Result was almost instantaneous. Things that refused to move at any cost for 20 years, showed signs of working within 3 days and were finalised and stood culminated within 2 months (maybe 3).
The other marked kindness of Bhagwan Vishnu is the paap kshay (finishing of bad karma) of his disciple. Resulting in a marked and visible progress in spiritual path. Things lying undone will start showing progress towards completion, and so on.

I'm going anonymous because of my massive background in Scientific field and there are lots of leftist ( under the veil of feminist, atheist and liberal) trolls who are still living in 18th century colonial era. They have no problem if Bill Gates or Mark Zuckerberg goes to church but have problem if a small researcher from India following spirituality. So I don't clearly share about it anywhere.
Since the question is about Miracle, I experienced two most important things in my life that slowly changed to an extent that was extremely impossible : 1) Finance and 2) Creativity (which is very important atleast in workplace)
I took Sahasranama lessons from an ashram(And I'm sure without lessons from a siddha guru, it doesn't works).
Within first 15 days I got access to 2 people and the investment that came along with them was huge enough to give me a break. Making contact with them was next to impossible.
Setting up my lab was a distant dream, I was planning to set it up in between 3–4 years of savings, but I literally got it within 15 days.
But it didn't stopped there. For next 9 months, when the world was locked down due to covid 19, I was getting atleast one investment funds of same size each month. Remember that, I'm in this field for past 8 years. But only in 2020, which was supposed to be the worst year for researchers like me, I fetched the highest investment for my lab. This is actually an impossible thing. All my compeititors R & D services were stopped, but I was setting up new milestones every month.
This was one the most important aspect of my life, as I'm very work oriented. It changed everything, atleast majority part of life, as I was in struggle for past three years out of total 8 years.
The second thing, I can feel I'm performing way better than I used to. In my field, creativity and efficiency starts to drop after 3–4 , that's why we set up our own labs if we get funding start recruiting a small team to provide services. But, mine performance was way better than the time I was assuming to be my peak.
So, For me, this totally changed my life. I will say 1.5 years have passed for this transformation but as I look back, I do accept it as a type of miraculous

One Swami Ji, Shankaracharya of Sri Hampi Virupaksha Vidyaranya Peetham told me once - God shows us the Guru and Guru in turn shows us the real God…and if we are destined, we realise that we are ONE with God and Guru…This conversation took place about 20 years ago…and definitely the connection with the inner ONE has become stronger and that has its benefits…of not identifying with our egoistic minds…and quickly recovering even when we slip occasionally…
So, my advice is simple - if you are drawn to it, by all means continue with Sri Vishnu Sahasra Nama Stotra…it will do you a lot of good…as clearly mentioned in the Phala Shruti - Vedantago Brahmanasyaat, Kshatriyo Vijayee Bhavet…

There was a time when every member of our family was scattered in different locations on account of higher studies or employment. It was very strenuous to keep worrying about their health and safety all the time. I was afraid that eventually I will lose my peace of mind. I thought it will be a good idea to take refuge in a simple but powerful prayer like chanting Sri Vishnu Sahasranama stotram. Though I do not possess knowledge of Sanskrit, I started reading from the book. After some time, I found that I could recite from memory. From then on, I made it a regular practice to recite this stotram everyday. I believe it has brought not only peace of mind but also ensured the welfare of our family during every hour of our lives. I do not want to measure the benefit in material terms. I have a strong faith that god is protecting us from every uncertainty in life like two hands protecting the lamp.

And biggest thing is having self realisation and enlightenment to proceed towards heavens in future journey ,meaning and purpose of life , in short all those things required for a meaningful life on earth. And ensuring possibities of entering seventh Realm in the Spirit World . Also guidance to be a righteous son , righteous father , righteous husband , who takes care of family at all times , to be a righteous citizen, responsible member of the society , positive contributor to each and every individual and each and every situation each and every time .each and every place .And wisdom to understand and ignore narcissts ,psychopaths in life and get ahead in life .

Yes I got rid of my fear of Death Just by Listening and now I have started chanting it daily…As Gita says never expect the fruits of action…it will be given at the right time and at the right place but yeah ask for help and chant it but don't lose faith..remember if you have faith in Divine u need to also have faith in his timing…you never know from how many misfortunes you got protected due to that delay…
The Power of Vishnu Sahasranamam- Vani's rebirth
A real 'story' as told by a close friend:
"Vani was in her early thirties when I first met her in a Mumbai local sometime in the late ‘70’s. She never talked much but her helping tendency was obvious. She boarded the train at the starting point and always found a seat. Instead of sitting through the hour-long journey, she would offer her seat – a luxury - to another lady.
My acquaintance too began this way – a few pleasantries exchanged over the train’s din. After a couple of months, she was not at her usual seat. Everyone presumed that she was on leave. In the busy buzz of Mumbai life, no one thought twice about her till she came back after nearly 4 months. None of us could recognize her. She had lost weight, her cheeks were sunken, eyes lifeless, and to top it all, she had an almost bald head.
Out came the rude shock that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer and had to undergo radiation therapy. She hoped that she had won over the disease, but even before she regained her lost strength, it was found that the cancer had spread to the other breast, and the therapy was repeated. Left with no choice, she gave up her job. Her children were 8 and 10 years old.
We all wished her well and I did not see her after that. I had moved out of Mumbai after my marriage; slowly, memories also faded away.
Sometime in 2001, while at the lobby of Panchajanyam - a guest house run by Guruvayur Devaswom Board - a lady by my side inquired if I was from Mumbai. When I said yes, she introduced herself as - Vani. I just could not believe my eyes. She then narrated her story of survival.
After resigning her job, she went through the usual process of radiation and chemotherapy. More than the treatment, the side-effects were unbearable. The family bore suffering for a year; then her husband decided that they would move back home to Kottayam, Kerala. There she underwent Ayurvedic therapy, but to no avail.
Slowly her whole body was engulfed by cancer and she was almost bed-ridden. Her one wish was to visit Guruvayur. If she didn’t make it, her son’s wedding was to be conducted there. Slowly she lapsed into a coma.
No-one knows how the topic came about, but her mother and mother-in-law sat on either side of her and continued to chant Vishnu Sahasranamam (1000 names of Lord Vishnu). They continued with faith and fervor for 7 days and nights. When they needed a break, someone else would take over. Vani slowly regained her consciousness and became aware of sights and sounds, and the intensity of their prayer. She also joined in, and continuously for a year their house reverberated with the chanting.
Today I believe she is somewhere in Dubai with her daughter, spreading the message of her recovery and helping others as usual."
